预定的高级双床间，到了现场艺龙给预定成了大床房，沟通协调解决，艺龙让加床，团体出行，让谁住大床？谁住单人床？这不是区别对待么？重新开了间房。都说好了，到赔付的时候负责理赔的人员又说说好了只赔付加床的费用。请问双床间变成了大床房是你们艺龙的错误，凭什么你艺龙的错误我来买单。
