酒店硬件很棒. 房间面积很大, 而且分隔有致, 真正做到了客房和洗卫相对独立. 本人并不赞同有些住客关于房型设计有问题之类的评论. 大堂副理(没记住她的名字)工作认真负责, 遇到问题及时妥善解决. 退房时冰箱里遗漏了饮料, 酒店事后特地还打电话过来, 让人很感动.
另外, 夏季来临, 节能和客房空调(尤其是午夜凌晨时段)近年来一直是个矛盾性话题. 希望酒店管理层可以找到更好的平衡点. 早餐咖啡厅座位有限, 高峰时段容易发生"抢位"情况, 建议考虑更好的管理模式.

酒店地理位置特别好，出了地铁口就是，环境特别好，t特别是早餐，相当不错，前台小姑娘张婷婷，崔明月，孙梦柯，李娜很热情，都很不错，大副黄太菊积极引导

宾馆位置方便，前台服务热情周到。尤其是一个名字叫林凤凤的女孩，声音甜美，有非常好的服务意识。对于客户遇到的问题，不论是否与自己有关，都能及时给予满意的回复。前台工作量大，入住时人员较多，有客户不满意排队。她能够及时将情况反映，提升客户满意度。虽然只是一个普通工作人员，但能够有这样的大局观，不把对自己的要求局限在手头工作，非常不错。

主要是在网上看到离地铁站近，早上赶车方便，到酒店后整体看上去挺好的，尤其是办入住的小姑娘叫黄太菊，专业办理手续快，微笑甜美，值得表扬
