这是第二次入住了，上次就反映过没有热水不能洗澡的事情，这次入住前还特意强调给找个有热水的房间，但是依旧到晚上没有热水，前台回应消极，并且无法保证换房后能有热水，也没有合理解释原因，差评差评差评，是我出差多年所仅见！！！！
