酒店位置交通方便，离地铁大概800米左右，酒店很新，房间很宽敞，进门插卡后窗帘自动打开，给人温馨体贴的感觉，酒店的早餐丰富而美味!可以满足不同人的需求。带孩子住了两天很舒适，下次来北京还会首选入住

在我们要求安静的房间的情况下给我们安排了联通房，要求换房很快就换了，所有刚入住觉得非常满意的，但是夜里因为前台错误和低素质的邻居两次敲门和一次电话，严重影响了我们的睡眠和安全感。更可怕的是，不幸后半夜停电了，房间三盏应急灯却明晃晃地亮了，无论如何无法关闭，设计就是这样的。无奈给前台打电话 也无济于事， 就这么被灯闪着眼挨到天亮。因为停电，早餐只有可怜的几样剩的东西，原本应该丰富的五星级酒店早餐变成了不可能。但是酒店对住客没任何主动致歉的意思。我们向经理投诉半夜被几次打扰至无眠，希望赔偿，对方只愿意在我们下次来入住时升级房间。我们怎么可能还会来呢？酒店不缺客源，或许正是这种态度的原因吧。
