首先周边环境比较干净，离地铁站2号线走路十分钟左右，到前门，天安门，故宫这些景点较近，走路二十分钟都能到达。宾馆旁边一条街有商场也有小店。
房间设施比较新，但都是基本配置，没有亮点，双床房的床只有1.1米，卫生间的洗脸台是个败笔，水一开溅的到处都是，房间隔音效果很差，夜里被走廊上开关门的声音惊醒好几次。
最大的问题还是服务，门口没人搭理，作为第一次入住客人，一句问候或一个笑容，都会让人感觉宾至如归，住过丽 思卡尔顿再来新世界，落差不是一点点。

客观的说，酒店很赞，早餐很赞。唯一不满的是在艺龙预订，开车去酒店，竟然不含停车费。一晚上光停车费花了200元.....。
