房间设施有些旧了，入住第一间房间手洗间漏水问题严重，经投诉后换房解决。服务态度不错，也挺快处理问题！因是连续住几天，清洁房间就不满意了，连茶具水杯都是自己洗的，希望能改进一

店里的服务员每天早上八点左右都会来敲门，不管人家醒没醒，一定要叫人家开门。这可能是北京酒店的风格。
