酒店服务人员没有受过专业的培训！应该就是招的附近的村民。理解能力差 表达能力差 综合素质低！甚至有服务人员冲小朋友大喊大叫的。酒店整体规划混乱 餐饮价位高。 度假酒店居然所有餐厅晚上闭餐时间为8点。而且酒店内部没有一处免费的儿童活动空间。到处都让你花钱花钱花钱！综合体验很差！名不副实！

酒店周围的环境非常好，宝宝在那里玩的很高兴，尤其是大美儿童乐园，住在酒店里面可以当日反复进入，超好的一次短途旅行

酒店服务人员都不错，很客气，但客房矿泉水喝完了再要时要收费，住过那么多酒店这还是第一次。餐饮太少了，服务味道还行，就是贵，而且8点半就关门了，泡完温泉没饭吃。专门为那个大美儿童乐园带孩子去的，设计和管理真心一般。
