特别满意的酒店，地铁10号线在门口，机场快巴也在门口，方便得很。房间不大但够了，适合商务出差。床舒服，睡得很好。早餐品种多，正餐时间的套餐也便宜。旁边是凤凰汇商场，吃喝玩乐购物都有。希望这样靠谱的好酒店真正能吸引到客人，说实话艺龙被携程收购后、竞价排名真的有伤害到我们这些艺龙老客人的心。

由于行程的改变没有当天办法入住，沟通后不能取消，不能变更日期，也不能转让，再次反馈酒店居然给出了在昨天18:30之前要打电话告知新的入住人姓名才能入住，这种霸王条款，酒店和平台都硬吞下消费者的金钱，多次沟通无果，彻底对艺龙失望，从艺龙刚开始成立用到龙萃白金会员，每次沟通都是无果状态，真的是彻底失望，以后所有人你们看到这条点评，请都仔细看清楚他们页面上需要放大镜看的字，不然下次被骗的可能是你们，这种平台和酒店联合起来的欺骗消费者行为，我会继续投诉到消费者协会，申请对自己权益的保护，请大家引以为鉴
