经常来住，酒店很新，算上周边诸多五星酒店也是硬件设施最好的之一，可能房间不多所以早餐比较简单，但是也足够吃了，有几次忘记拿东西，酒店都帮忙收着了。

设施很不错，面积特别大，厨房用品特别全。卫生很好，没有任何不卫生的痕迹。地理位置什么都没的说，唯一不足就是服务不怎么样。礼宾没有礼貌用语，居然还质问我来干嘛要去哪。一进门就给人很不舒服的感觉。

位置很好，酒店服务非常周到，房间设施不错，是公寓设计，可以做饭，但冰箱插头没办法拔掉，里面空的芳噪声很大

给公司招待订的房，结果客人提前离店。被告知不能退，我们就安排接下来的客人去住，结果又说没有房间。不安排房也不退钱，至今也不给说法，反复推诿。以后大家一定要记住，有问题一定要写成去和酒店沟通。自己直接沟通的结果是就是谁都不认账，现在事情搁置在这里，没有人给我们解决或回应。这家酒店无限期拉黑……

房间还不错，但是两点让我很不满意！
第一，房间里没有独立的空调，这个月份的北京房间里还是很热的！居然空调没有制冷！
第二，酒店居然不提供停车票，我也是停在酒店的停车位的啊！这样酒店停车位有什么意义呢！这么贵的酒店居然这点福利都没有！
