带老人晚上逛什刹海，就从北京饭店诺金转来住一晚，房间实在太糟糕了，房间小的转身的地方也没有，卫生间在两张床中间，一共只有13间房，携程酒店导向超棒的评价太有问题了

我们当时就是奔着四合院特色，精美照片和4.9高分的反馈来订的这个酒店，而换来的是四天三晚的失望。从第一天开始一进门就动员我们先给5分评价，可见评分的虚假；我们定的是最贵的四季套房，并没有如介绍中说的有小冰箱；酒店所属的胡同有点脏乱差，车子不太方便开进去；第三天晚上9点回来掀开被子好多虫子，拿着枕头去前台投诉，就说让将就一下，老房子都是这样，当晚进行了一个小时的喷洒杀虫行动和换所有床单被褥，结果完了床上还是有虫子！唯一好的是服务，可能也是因为心虚所以用服务来弥补。总体体验不佳，不会再住下次。

前台小张特别热心，一看领的孩子马上送了宝贝洗刷用品，儿童牙刷跟儿童拖鞋，这家店所有阿姨小姐姐的服务态度都特别的好，环境没的说，体验了一下北京四合院生活，跟老板聊天知道原来这是家三品大官的府邸，👍🏻厉害了
