酒店人员挺好，有礼貌，服务到位，房间卫生干净。房间还提供熨烫机，婴儿床，荞麦枕头。推迟到12点半退房，态度也很好。附近有银座4层。走远一点有簋街，很多吃的，很多家的胡大，簋街仔仔，走几步就有一家分店。重庆火锅也很多。晚上10点以后很多人，凌晨2点之后也有零零散散的人群。酒店距离东直门地铁站近，但如果拖着行李箱还是建议打车，因为去机场地铁的那个地铁口在道路对面，上上下下很多楼梯，还要转乘。机场地铁也要25块一个人。和打车价格差不多。

北京东方花园酒店，从一进门的礼宾员给开车门，就有很亲切的感觉，还有服务，早餐很精致，今天起床有些晚，8点多吧，每一道菜、和喝的饮品都是热的，对于我个人体质不能吃凉的食物，感觉很温馨，总下次还会去的.给人留下很美好的印象，友情提示；希望酒店能一些粉色玫瑰花，个人意😊
