We were shocked when we arrived at the hotel, it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel because the whole outside building was being renovated, heavy machines operated everywhere, the noise and the dust.
There was not any health and safety at all for the people who stayed at the hotel. If you want to go out or return to the hotel,you have to walk under the cranes and machines while they were working..
We have to cancel the booking when we first arrived. Then the staff at the hotel suggested that we stayed for one night and moved to other hotel the next day because we have a few heavy baggage. It was not easy to find another hotel in a short time plus we were exhausted after a long journey.
The staff said the works started about two months ago. We wondered why your company didn't notice your customers about the hotel renovation. After all we paid for the price to stay there, it was dangerous and unsafe.
We like to hear your explanation and how you are going to fix the issues!

老牌酒店了应该，服务，衞生都有保障的因为在北京旅游每天早出晚归的就没定早餐，但是每天回来房间都收拾好了，还免费升级了房间又送了欢迎水果，中秋那天还特意送了月饼。

地理位置很好，二环东直门附近，机场线东直门站直达。地铁二号线半小时内可以换乘到市中心所有景点。吃饭步行可达簋街，还有来福士和银座商场。叫外卖也方便。唯一美中不足，没有找到吹风机。

看酒店看了接近2个礼拜，一直纠结酒店还是民宿，这回带着爸爸妈妈去北京，想要在北京市内，这个地方我记得是在2环边边的位置，看了很多酒店，基本上室内好一点的位置酒店吐槽老旧。自己也是抱着这样的心态定的酒店
到了酒店刚好在装修，整体窗户是看不到外景，装修时间在8点到5点，前台小姐姐人很好，带我们看了房间，并且説如果不需要就取消。装修中途都不在，所以想想也就还好
前台小姐姐帮我们房间升级了，真的很开心，因为毕竟是十一期间，入住的房间完全不像老酒店，设施设备都是很ok的。
整体下来我很满意，这个价位，这个位置，这个房间。下次来还会想要住这个～

非常满意 酒店服务超级好 我説想要带淋浴间的房间 酒店直接给升房了三晚 果然是宽敞的淋浴间?
房间一点都不旧 里面装修都很现代 酒店外观和大堂很有年代感 但是酒店房间不像老的酒店 房间很新 尤其是厕所 又亮又豪华
电梯不用等 上下都很快 电梯也是刷卡才能上 很安全
住了三晚 房间每天都收拾的很乾净 床也很舒服 还能选枕头
整个房间灯光都很亮堂 很多老的星级酒店灯光都暗暗的 这家酒店房间灯足够亮 很有安全感
当时冲着地理位置选的这家酒店 想不到酒店本身就很棒 强烈推荐 超值！！！

Отель немного староватый, но чистый. В номере тапки, все банные принадлежности, халаты, заполненный минибар. Добраться от аэропорта легко на метро, всего три станции. При выходе из метро переходим дорогу и идем 5 минут пешком. Завтраки хорошие, блюд много. 80% блюда китайской кухни, но есть яичница, десерты, фрукты, супчики и др. Выбор блюд большой и вкусно! Через дорогу большой торговый центр.

送的水果还不如不送，咬一口吐了半天。酒店外立面在装修，进去办理入住要走后门，因为在施工，白天有点吵，路不太好走，灰尘也很大，箱子搞得很脏。房间中规中矩，衞生也还可以的。希望以后送水果检查一下再送

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Oriental Garden Hotel. The reception staff were very helpful with everything from restaurants to luggage to phone charging. The hotel is very conveniently located near to a shopping mall and subway entrance. Highly recommended.

For a 4 start hotel near so many tourists attractions, one only person could speak English and after that it was a bit of a struggle. Also cigaret smoke still came into the room at all hours even though it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but I guess they have no smoke detectors in the room or they don’t inforce it because you could still smell the smoke. Overall clean but still not confident.
