烂透了，晚上他们工作人员刷卡就进屋了，幸亏睡得晚要不然估计丢了东西他们也不承认，打电话投诉后酒店来人说查监控了没有任何人来过我房间，然后说太晚了明天早上退房的时候在处理，结果退房的时候就说是隔离屋的刷错了推的一干二净，我这是没丢东西没报警，无良商家
