想体验一下24小时管家服务，结果没有感到什么特别的地方，床品不错，房间空间很大，设施也还可以，就是入住的时候打服务电话没人接，打总台竟然也没人接，只好自己跑到总台问一下，答复没人接电话是因为太忙了，人手不够，住了不少五星级酒店，还是头一次遇见。希望酒店方面的管理和服务要加强。早餐不错。
