酒店服务和管理太差了，入住体验不太好，先说大堂 连沙发都没有，办理入住时间有点长，我老爸连个坐的地方都没有，大堂也特别小，看不出五星酒店的气场，最不满意的是早餐，餐厅就是大堂隔开的，种类很少不说，我要了一碗米线，厨师煮了好几份送到各桌，我用餐大概40分钟，直到我走了也没吃到这碗米线，同一个厨师，我问了3次烧卖，每次都告诉我过一会儿过一会好，最后有点生气，问要几分钟，答过几分钟。。。真是服了?(?????)?五星级酒店就这服务？？？？拿果汁的时候不小心洒了，后面2个女服务员站在旁边聊天，我只能回到座位取纸擦，唯一觉得好的是床品，睡的比较舒服，但也觉得不会再住，毕竟五星酒店服务也是很重要的一部分。

你们都号称五星级的酒店啦！正值元旦佳节你们送个小礼物??不行吗！我记得在在南京市第一中心酒店，人家送礼物??、免费升级房间，哪怕送个水果呢？谁说早餐有三文鱼??！住这个价位吃的最差的？
