交通便利，紧挨着地铁6号线十里堡站，周边有红领巾公园，有朝阳公园，公寓式酒店，写字楼比较新，周围有很多小吃美食店河间驴肉火烧，驴肉食品，牛羊等清真食品。不过因为位于写字楼内比较难找而且外面没有任何提示信息，发票只能开服务费而非房费。。。可能对某些因公出差的人不是太方便。。
