牡丹宾馆的服务简直让我感动到想给满分好评！从入住开始就能感受到他们无微不至的关怀。我们原本订的是普通房间，结果因为一些小问题，他们二话不説就给我们免费升级到了更舒适的房间，还贴心地帮我们更换了冰箱，真的超级贴心！
每次我们提出需求，他们都能迅速响应并且完美解决。最让我印象深刻的是他们的服务态度，每一位员工都面带微笑，热情周到，让我们感觉像在家一样温暖。无论是前台、客房服务还是餐厅工作人员，都让我们感受到了宾至如归的体验。

酒店位置便利，紧挨着地铁站和公交车站，出行吃饭都很方便！房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适。工作人员和服务人员都很热情，会主动打招呼，并询问是否需要帮助。前台的亚政，瑞宁服务热情周到，留下了美好的印象。本次入住全程很舒心，还会再来的。

这次入住真的太惊喜了！从进门开始，前台泽旭诗晨就笑容满面，办理入住速度超快，还贴心介绍了周边设施 早餐种类超丰富，中式自助食材新鲜味道也好，尤其是现煮的麪条超地道！退房时工作人员还主动帮忙提行李，全程服务都热情又周到。位置也很方便，出门打车、逛商圈都超顺路。下次来一定还选这家

非常方便！离19号线牡丹园F口非常近，因为要坐飞机离开特地选了这家。原来应该是丽枫，房间空间挺大的，早餐也好吃，下次赶飞机还会住～
