三星级标准，干净整洁，落地窗采光好，电视节目丰富，价格极具竞争力。只是地处林河开发区内，周边均为企业，无正规商业设施，仅大门左侧数百米村庄附近有几个农村小超市，可买些日常生活必需品。总之，非常适合单纯住宿。
