本来去广安门看病 查的离的不远 实际并不近 酒店大堂还虽老旧 看得出以前还是不错的 可房间太差劲了 比西站的站前旅馆还不如 周围也没什么吃饭的地方 绝对不会去第二次 有的地方老旧 但卫生 这里又老旧又不卫生

跟以往相比，在管理上有较大地提高，遇到问题能作出快速反应，当然问题能否马上解决那是另一回事，至少在加强管理。本次入住遇到了以下问题：（1）6楼的无线网络不能持续使用，基本上5分钟左右就掉线，一入住就反应该问题，但离店时还没解决；（2）房间内放的茶叶有的已经过期快3个月了，反应后引起了酒店的高度重视，希望这种情况不要再出现，毕竟你是正宗的三星酒店啊；（3）我是预订并支付了担保金的，房型是大床房，但入住时说大床房没有了，只能给我安排标准间，希望以后也不要出现这种情形，因为我已经递交了保证金，你还担心我不入住吗？我不入住，你也是要没收我这个担保金的。
