以后再也不会使用平台，真的是一锤子买卖。给其他人预订的，结果提前预订的反而价格高，闹得搞得里外不是人。入住的时候因为重名，酒店屁事一堆，然后直接改行程不住，跟酒店和平台协商退款，相互推诿，而且取消扣全款，完全是霸王条款 体验很差，来回沟通花了一下午。
