预订的私汤小院，环境非常好，水质也好！一直想订室外的私汤，终于得尝所愿！吃饭有个餐厅，味道不错，性价比高。唯一不足就是淋浴的蓬头是坏的？出水特别小。前台服务员有点不专业，效率很低，查订单用了很久时间，几个人还在嬉笑打闹？另外，开车进大门到酒店好远呀，酒店太大了，开车的话除了在酒店吃，也可以到几公里的小汤山镇上吃。总之还是很棒的入住体验，如果保持目前的性价比，会回购，如果涨价会考虑别家

极差的一次体验。
1、酒店位置实在太偏僻了，靠导航才找到。路也不好走，还有一段搓板路；
2、酒店设施实在太差，开始分到的一间房：马桶不能冲水；电话上的按键缺了好几个；电视是80年代的老电视，已经不能看了；开房间门时不容易打开，关门时关不严，......后来换了一间房，电视依然都是雪花，没有有线电视；床太硬，能明显感觉到弹簧搁着。
3、下订单时携程该酒店页面上显示：定房间可以不限次泡温泉，到店后却被告知，泡温泉必须另买票，一票只能泡一次；所幸温泉尚可，大小温泉池很多，种类也有好几种。
4、酒店周围没有餐馆，因此只能在酒店吃饭。房费含双早，入住时告知早饭时间是7:00-9:00,然而8:00时就没得吃了，要想吃饱要靠抢；中饭、晚饭：价格贵、色香味都差。
