首先这个酒店定的时候是可以选择大床或者双床的，看上去设施很旧，我想看下房，酒店被前台有个姓顾的服务员说不能看房，我有点生气为什么不能看？然后就给脸色让人带我上去看了，一看是双床，我说我定的是大床，下来前台有个黑色衣服的李娜，就说他们从来没有见过，而且又翻白眼又给脸色看还摔东西，真是理解不了五星酒店就这服务态度？然后完全没住的心思了，酒店也同意退房，这时候联系艺龙，艺龙让我等了两个小时之后依然没有没结果，还让继续等，我也是挺无奈的，这次也就用艺龙了，以后再也不会用艺龙了，说是分销商代理联系不了，所以一直让等，算了，我也不想说啥了，只能提醒大家以后别上当！！！酒店的环境给你们看一下，严重不符！门锁是坏的，根本没办法锁住，推拉门也是坏的，大床就是两个床拼接在一起就叫大床！！
