距离东直门地铁站很近，也好打车，交通方便。卫生条件不错。最主要的是晚上去簋街吃饭太方便了！唯一不足是早餐品种不够多。

太破了！倒找我钱也不会住了！地毯能有上百年没洗.采光不好！沙发凳子也很脏！我住的行政间太空！床也很低！电视还是老式大方块电视！而且信号头还是坏的！后来维修人员来给修上了！交押金住二晚，结果我实在是忍不住了！就住了一晚就退房了！我里的墙上还裂纹！像被地震震过！唯一有点就是在簋街这吃饭方便！其他什么也没了！
