北楼十分破旧，地上的地毯看上去觉得很脏，地理位子佳，去南站很方便，利于早上赶火车的客人，但住宿硬件有待改进。

交通便利 离永定门长途汽车站和北京南站都很近 到东单、前门都有直达公交 对面有个大型超市 还有个陶然亭公园 就是北楼设施比较旧 上楼的电梯需要刷房卡 但是我们的房卡刷不了需要爬楼梯

选择的原因主要离第二天返程的北京南站很近，应该是性价比最好的一家酒店了。正规的三星，价格也不贵，酒店也很大，房间不太但紧凑干净，总体还不错
