夜班机到北京，上午九点多到酒店前台说房间全满不能入住，我说加钱可以住么？前台说加半天钱可以，我又问'你不是说全满没房么'.前台又改口说如果定的豪华套房可以加钱立马入住。一会又说让我不用管艺龙的订单，前台给我一样的价格。我强烈要求通过艺龙的订单，前台不情愿的答应了。
后来更奇葩，晚上八点多值班经理突然打电话来说艺龙的订单没有担保，被取消了，要我按1288一晚付钱，我说我已经入住了，也在前台刷了信用卡担保我凭什么要加钱。值班经理居然开始讨价还价问我多少钱能接受……我恍然以为住的是私人招待所。经理态度也不好，很强势，说给我办入住的前台下班了，她只看到系统里显示订单无担保被取消，要按新价格。最后是找到艺龙客服介入才解决了。本来打算再住两天的我吓得第二天一早立马搬去别的酒店了。真没想到这种挂牌五星酒店的体验完全像个黑店…

酒店还行，设施有点老了，最郁闷的是停车不方便，地上没几个车位，地下停车场很窄，是大厦物业的，8元一小时。总之性价比不是很高
