第二次住，这次开车去的，结果第二天退房后走的时候竟然还要停车费！停车场竟然承包出去了！第一次住酒店交停车费，还是按小时收费！！坑人

首先说入住：明明定好大床确认过的 到前台告诉我没大床有也只有没窗户那种，在坚持下过来个人直接说给他一间吧！ 心中一万只“***”飘过，**也花钱了 定好的还求着你了？其次房间卫生间淋浴室一个挡水的东西都没有洗个澡满屋子水（下有图，就这好意思五星），晚上要个枕头跟冰块27分钟才送到（枕头现买的吗？）定个外卖小哥不让上我可以理解，本来洗了澡了非让自己下去拿，我能说现在连个快捷都提供送上来服务吗…… 早餐 桌子上餐巾纸没就算了，盘子也没人收，这也叫五星还叫万豪旗下？？？
