【第一次使用艺龙，非常不好的住宿体验】父母想来古北水镇游玩，可镇上酒店早已客满，无奈在网上搜索“古北水镇”，便出现了这个号称“五星级”?的酒店……我于2016年9月24日晚九点入住瑞海姆，当时入住时发现房间环境与图片相差甚远！奈何车马劳顿，想早早入睡，第二天带父母好好游玩！并没有投诉！万万没想到，一时好心却惹上大困扰。晚上十二点，我们的邻居开始洗洗涮涮“折腾”，那叫声不堪入耳【幸亏都是成年人，这要是有个孩子，如何是好？？！】几经协调，酒店要给我们换房，被我一口回绝！午夜一点，别人造成的困扰为何要我们承担？午夜两点，楼上渐渐安静，我们也慢慢入睡，早上六点多再次被吵醒，一气之下找酒店经理评理！（在找酒店经理之前见了三个不同的的人，每见一次要复述一下昨晚情况）没想到是这般答复：楼上吵是因为他们是新婚夫妇，照片不符是你们网络平台的错，任何不对都是咱们的，与酒店毫无关系【房源真实环境与网络图片不符！设备老化，隔音效果极差！】本想要个答复，没成想怎说都是他们有理！硬件！软件！人品！哪一个可以称之为“五星级”？望广大驴友再订房时要擦亮双眼！你所看见的只是照片！！！！只是照片！！！只是照片！！！！遇到
