住过好几次了，别墅头一次住，每次都觉得非常好，不像个别人说的什么四星、三星，就是五星标准，无论设施还是服务都非常好。前台服务专业，热情，行李员小帅哥在我们去的那天晚上就穿的单衣工服领我们去所在的楼，以后多穿点太冷了，我们的问题回答的清楚，另我们满意，平时也都礼貌打招呼。早餐品种多样，味道好，餐厅干净，温馨。中餐厅饭菜味道好。去南山滑雪方便，并且是附近最好的一家老牌五星级酒店，唯一就是这次也打算游泳，结果就这几天关门。别墅房间很新，用品齐全、干净，屋子空间大，阳台也又大又多，夏天来应该效果更好，东西通透，看酒店里外两面风景。公寓楼要是能有电梯就更好了，行李较多和沉时用。晚上有开夜床服务，这也是五星标准。总之，满意并且推荐。

房间很冷，中央空调就是个摆设，打电话给总台，竟然说没有空调？？？！！？房间设施陈旧不说，这样住一晚下来不知会不会被冻感冒！无语😶非常差！！！
