服务态度差，由于带了小孩把标间升成大床房麻烦不断。原本已经开房东西也放了，出去吃了顿晚饭回来房卡就不能用了，问了前台跟我说刚才那个主管弄错了补的房费不够给锁了，你提前跟我说了吗？而且，一会儿一个价格都没个准。再问那前台还跟你发脾气，拿眼镜一个劲儿的瞪你，真不值这个价钱

管前台多要两双拖鞋，前台居然态度很凶地反问，要干嘛，不是有两双吗 怎么还要？
因为洗澡弄湿了而已，这反问竟让我无言以对

定错了时间，但是晚上没有到，也没有电话联系确认，导致多付房租，原因就是预付费用了，钱已经到手，所以不关心预订人是否入住！如果是后付费，电话联系的比谁都勤快。宾馆和艺龙互相推诿责任！
