国庆放假入住，不知道是因为放假还是什么原因，戴眼镜男服务员态度很差，艺龙定的酒店送披萨，他说没有。同样的价位之前住了一次都赠送了披萨。第二天续住等了好半天，艺龙客服和酒店沟通之间有问题，让我们订单取消又确认，艺龙客服答应的送披萨，后来不但没给送，连订单都没有确认，也没有返现，还说我们没住酒店，给他传了发票也不承认，打客服电话N次，也没人管，太气人了！！！不是说钱的问题，作为艺龙的老会员真是无语了！！要兑现不了，网页上就别写赠送活动！！出现问题，投诉也不管！！这是什么企业！！越做越差！！再这样下去艺龙真是要倒闭的节奏！！！
