艺龙真会利用大数据宰客.同一个时间订同一个房间价格不一样。我把截图发给艺龙客户，至今也没有回话。客服就是摆设，每次问都说2小时回话，可从没有回话。我想问问艺龙为什么我从APP看到的价格是770，分享给别人折扣完确是500多，是因为我关注这个酒店，所以我就看不到最便宜的价格吗？这样对待客户天理难容。所谓砍价不过是个幌子，典型的杀熟。此生最后一次用艺龙。反映给客服的问题永远不会解决。

酒店前台服务特别差，查一张订单订的三间房，就非说指找到两间，另外一个人的没找到，一定要自己在前台预定、价格差了38块钱，让自己找艺龙协调，订单里都可以看到人名，就是说没有、着急入住要去办事，只能就这样妥协了，后来又询问前台，那服务员说，你人名没说对赖水！我简直了，人名没说对，身份证给你看了吧，入住登记你办的吧，怎么了，为了你前台自己业绩就怎么无理狡辩吗！

酒店看上去很大气，但是里面设施太旧了，好多插座都不能用，而且房间里没有功能照明，只有几个台灯，还是坏的，手机充电还是在卫生间充的，体验比较差
