服务态度挺好的，设施设计软硬件都好，不便宜。餐饮水平也不错。没有什么外国人入住，国内土豪为主。泳池加氯过多，建议改成海盐消毒的咸水泳池。

第二次住瑰丽，真是很满意的入住体验。位置就不说了，对面就是央视大裤衩。酒店设施在北京很多新的五星里感觉算是一流的了。酒店服务非常贴心，本来因为我的原因造成了预定调整，代理已经说无法修改了。经酒店前台和经理协商的努力最终还是改了。很满意。房间设施依然是好而全。voss的饮用水免费引用，比起某些五星级酒店用可口可乐或者康师傅水的 真是良心到爆了。房间灯光可调节的档位非常多，可以应对不同的时段和需求，很舒适。早餐很丰富，而且餐厅的服务真是到位。很贴心。总之是在北京多家五星酒店里体验最棒的一个。因为酒店没有会员制，所以通过代理预定还是比较划算。
