大家去这家店一定要注意刷卡押金预授权的问题，我21号定的，22号离店，当时前台说已经办好还刷了我之前办押金的卡，说预授权已经取消。之后第二天接到他们前台电话说没有取消，要帮我重新操作，直到信用卡账单下来他们还是刷了我1000元，直到今天11月3号，给他们打了几次电话还是没有退款。反映出他们内部之混乱，处理问题之差劲👎如果不是自己查账单，这笔钱就被他们刷掉了，问题现在都没有解决！给大家借鉴

早餐还不错，酒店的餐厅也是很不错的，不知道能不能加床，适合四到五个三口人的家庭居住，比较适合带孩子，门口有条河，可以带孩子玩，院子也非常舒服，别墅门口就能停车，停三到四辆车不困难，我们入住后下午想给弄脏的孩子洗洗，但是发现没有热水，工作人员来修理，经过几番修理晚上12点终于可以洗澡了！不过工作人员还是非常热情，几次三番来询问有没有热水，并且还送拉小礼物来安慰我们的心情，挺棒的酒店管理，我给五星好评。要是一定要挑问题的话，我觉得应该在夜景灯光上在做一下改进，让夜晚的院子更有体验的氛围，另外院子的桌椅应在舒适度上提升一下，再就是细节的卫生，注意是细节，卧室的门应该加胶条，隔音不是特别得好，也许是装修风格的原因。总得来说上一次不错的住宿体验。

酒店不错，科勒的喷头和水池，开了暖气，一点都不冷，还有大礼包和免费赠送的饮料，就是传说中的欧舒丹没看到，问了下，被告知只有住觅境的客人房间内才配欧舒丹，感觉略有不爽，饭店总体还不错，周边可逛的不多。
