虽然私汤小院的装修、格局等各方面都比不上主楼的客房，但每次泡温泉都首选这里。首先位置好，市内驱车一个多小时就到了，离区政府也就几公里，紧邻市中心，吃饭购物交通都非常方便。其次，小院很幽静，空间大，非常适合孩子玩。泡池大小造型也很合适。再有就是房间的软装、床品等很舒服干爽，星级酒店该注意该配备的基本上都有。即便说了这么多优点，仍忍不住心怀美好的愿望抱怨一下他家的硬伤。首先永远只有热水，没有冷水，或许是出于省水？因为他家的私汤不限制水量。但问题是每次来了之后都只能望水兴叹，基本上放水到等水温合适要两小时的时间。所以我们都是来了先放水，然后睡个午觉，吃个饭，下午晚上再开始泡。其次，隐私确实是个大问题。私汤位于主楼和温泉中心之间，因为院子比较大，所以主楼上是可以看到院子里的，所以，绝不能裸泡。但屋外还可以理解，但屋内的问题就比较尴尬。为了采光，南墙全部是大玻璃窗，虽然有纱帘，但温泉中心的人是可以隐约看到屋内情形的，所以，如果要换衣服之类的，还是要拉上遮光窗帘，但无疑屋内的采光肯定会受到影响。其实我觉得这就是个设计的问题，如果把泡池放到屋子南边，北边的主楼就看不到泡池，温泉中心也看不到屋内了。
