朋友先办理好入住后，放下东西。等我到达时门锁坏了，我朋友东西还在里边……折腾半天说门锁坏了换房间，换了后给的两张房卡，找前台设置了两次，其中一张依旧无法使用，前台的回答时，你再试试，要再刷不了你就用一张，我也没办法……用一张可以啊，但是你们丝毫不觉得是自己的失误，也没让我感受到一丝抱歉！体验很差。付了担保金，我朋友办入住时说确认了订单，但是在离店时，因为我手机上的订单状态我觉得不合理，一直是等待入住，我再三确认，她才让她的同事帮我处理了……所有如果我不坚持要求，就置之不理了。整体感受很差。但我承认得是，地理位置确实还不错，离地铁站很近，卫生一般吧，洗手台的水龙头上的垢很刺眼。
