酒店前台混乱，入住订的是亲子房说升级给个商务大床房，忙碌没检查就出去办事情，晚上回到酒店发现几个墙角全是蜘蛛网，不懂房间多久没住人，更可怕是客厅窗户关不上，酒店检查说解决不了，提心吊胆住一晚赶快退房跑掉，差评

房间设施与卫生条件有待提高，床单被子有股味道，感觉不干净，屋里的杯子上也不干净，除了位置挺好，离团结湖地铁站很近，
