最差的酒店，定的豪华绅士房，楼层在3-5层，给的我二层普通标间，前台那个男的就是一**，我为问什么不是我订的房间，一开始说照片是拍照光线问题显得好，后又说重新装修了，要住就住，不住就走人，我们酒店就这样，好吧，你们越装修越差，地面是地砖，窗户脏的要命，毛巾像抹布，就这素质、环境还用精品、高档来形容自己，都不如快捷酒店，更可笑的是我在办入住时明确和他们说了，如果换房间就住两天，后来有人退房就给我们换到了四楼，结果第二天下午两点多钟正在外面办事，酒店来电话要我回去办退房手续，说是没房间了，不能入住两天，而且属于超时退房押金也不给退了，住了这么多酒店第一次遇到这样的情况，前台那个男的说你不是嫌我们酒店不好吗，就没给留房……
