极老的酒店了，无论是硬件设施还是服务理念，明显落后，关键是关键是还贵得要死！前台服务一问三不知，连简单的续房房卡的制作都连换三人才完成，无语！房间地毯应该历史悠久了，已完全看不出本色，留下的除了脏就是脏。

很少写评价，就是太生气了。27号家人很朋友一共订了六个房间。酒店很破，从外观看着还不错，房间设施陈旧，大厅的人员服务很差，我们家人一直在等着，过了有15分钟了，就问了一句好了吗，一个穿西服的貌似领班，态度恶劣。本来以为就个别服务员这个样子，就没当回事，28号第二天中午我们前后订了9个房间，去大厅刷房卡，换了个服务员，态度依旧恶劣。第三天，我们家人朋友商量，千万不能在这里住了。(其实住完第一天我爸和伯伯他们就要换酒店)。我家叔叔本来是个很省事的人，说床上全是头发，卫生间下水道臭死了，桌腿和床边都是烂的，分给我们的大床房很烂，说真的还不如如家，7天这种，这个酒店优势：地理位置好，四环边上，很好找，酒店3.9评分各位网友都给高了

酒店整体服务太差劲，进门安检岗睡觉都不知道我进来了，其次到前台办理入住，前台小姑娘在玩手机，并且还查不到我的预订，业务知识和服务态度很差。充电器酒店居然没有不提供，早上离开因没有口罩向前台借用一个口罩都没有，而且只说一遍后居然没人理会，不知道你们是不是服务行业，自己的定位都没有。本次入户该酒店，总体真的很垃圾，再也不会入住，希望各位朋友还是选择别家吧，如家～汉庭，甚至7天～速8都比这强，各位自重！
