2月7日年初3，晚上要洗澡了，忽然断电了。打电话给酒店无人接听，无奈下楼。好多层都断电了。虽时间不长，但一晚跳了3次电，事后也无人给个说法，一个道歉都没有。
前台和客房打扫小哥都很热情礼貌，门童小哥挺辛苦，认真负责，那么冷的天都不站在取暖器旁边，可能是酒店的规矩吧，觉得不人性化，用总的感觉还是不错的，就是断电几次叫个招呼都不打??
早餐还是挺棒的，新春入住还送了礼盒

香格里拉酒店是我住过最好的酒店，无论从卫生，安静，舒适，安全，程度来说都是最好的，来北京住这里真的很好，离地铁口八百米打车起步价，晚上很安静一晚上都睡的很好，工作人员很热情负责，我在这要要表扬一下刘勇经理为我和妈妈升级了房间，很开心北京很冷我的心很温暖。

非常好的酒店，服务特别棒，从门厅到前台，客房都很好，热情亲切又得体，这次意外的惊喜是还给我们二晚都升级了，太感谢了，虽然春节期间游览北京是一个不明智的选择，但这家酒店是我们这次旅途最好的体验
