本来入住的时候很不愉快，房间没有提前准备好，导致入住的时候没有房间，但是他们的关系维护经理很周到，安排了中转房间，虽然迟了两个小时入住但是送了点心和红酒，也将我们提前预约的儿童帐篷和婴儿床都安排妥当，因此比较满意。房间档次就不说了，最重要视野很好，可以看到紫禁城，尤其是夜景很让人心旷神怡，感觉物超所值。建议酒店可以和停车场商议入住车辆可以免费停车，入住了两天，由于车牌限行，停车费就259,感觉这么高档的酒店还收停车费有点怪怪的！

地理位置优越，但楼层太高，反而觉得景色一般了，电梯下行到了地面，缺氧～大堂吧有免费24小时点心和饮料，不错，但没有服务，79层的happy hour，只有很少的位子，而且位子居然设在楼梯下，需要弯腰驼背才能通过，难以想象……早餐还不错，算是丰富，有自取也有单点，但味道平淡。
