前台服务态度很生硬，比对面的育华宾馆条件差，房间也小。为了住着舒服特意订的豪华双床间，但实际上床只有1米宽，又不能加床，我们想一家三口住一起，但看到我家孩子是初中生，说房间里只能住两人，另外一人必须再订一间，但当时又已经客满，这一点很令人气愤，并且网络也不好，基本没有用，下次绝对不会再来住了。

位置挺好的，出了胡同就是景山公园，最重要的是浴室竟然没有帘子，淋浴的玻璃还是透明的，这样很尴尬啊，而且淋浴的地方有点太小了。
