酒店不错，早餐不错，离我去的清华大学和颐和园都不太远，不过艺龙的服务真的是无语了，由于北京限行，想取消一晚，结果客服告诉我要收83元，还不保证能不能退成功，我也是醉了，用艺龙五六年了，没想到遇到问题处理的方式如此垃圾，能订酒店的软件太多，今天用完果断卸载，改成携程或者途牛。

早餐人多 好吃点的都得等 房间还行 比预想要好 除了配色略旧 设施还算齐全 热水温度可以 最好错开高峰用就特别热乎 卫生间有点旧 空间小 住第二天还出来下水道特有带钩的那种虫子 配的科勒和TOTO 地毯不算厚 枕头有两种一种荞麦枕头一种软枕头 有效避免落枕 整理房间的人员挺有心的 还帮我叠了家居服 展会期间都满房了毕竟离展馆距离近走路到地铁也能接受 附近有西北菜 还有个小华联 酒店自带鲁菜 停车免费 10月中没暖气朝向东的房间晚上有点冷 但空调暖风开了不如不开 房门有时候风大会被吹响 另外没有内部转锁只有挂锁 不过安保还行也没见有闲杂人等小广告什么的 参考去年房价和今年涨势来说还是有性价比的

早餐非常好。卫生间虽然小，但装修的很精致，洁具都是美标的。床确实小了一点，另外免费食品如能提供咖啡就更好了。卫生条件好，周围吃饭方便，价格便宜。总体而言，在北京这个地理位置，胜利饭店是首选。既适合商务出差，有适合亲子出行。
