  酒店位置还可以，但装修什么的一般，前台服务员业务太不熟练，做了预授权，不给我单子，第二天退房时说单子丢了，不能取消预授权，反正28天后会自动取消！没有道歉，也没有解释。最后说大堂经理当天会给我答复。br因为要赶飞机，只得匆匆离去，并且明确告知他们自己9：00~11：00会在飞机上。可是等到晚上也没收到任何消息。只得向同程投诉。br同程的服务还是很好，后来解决了。酒店说跟我联系不上，这样的借口实在是不堪一击的，好在已经解决，就不计较了。br不管酒店的楼有多高，厅有多大，只要一个恶劣的服务员，这一切都将土崩瓦解。到什么时候，国内的酒店经营者才能意识到这一点？
