最初一次订这家酒店，因为商务应酬，到店晚了点，酒店在完全没有做最终确认的情况下就擅自取消了订单，非常的不负责任。至少应该对晚到的客人去电确认，酒店的工作方式实在不能认可，以后不会再订了

酒店服务特别差，飞机晚点，已经致电保证会到店，就是会稍晚，要求务必保留房间，结果酒店回复过了八点就取消，根本没有商量的余地。出差全国那么多地方，第一次碰到这样的酒店的。下次去，宁可选择附近的桔子酒店，或者洋丰逸居，都不会再选这家了
