整体说酒店还不错，对得起200多元一晚，离人民大会堂不远，靠大栅栏，吃饭公交方便。房间比较大，冬天暖气给力！

位置绝对好，离天安门步行也就10分钟，周边公交车很多，还有珠市口地铁也很近。周边还有很多美食店。但是酒店本身有点旧，电视信号不好，没有抽纸和赠水。

设施老旧，卫生间门上有泥点子。不过价格也实惠，不到四百。交通还行，离大栅栏很近，可以步行过去逛逛。总体来说欣燕都性价比挺高的，但我不会再来。根据个人经济条件选择吧，这里当时确实图便宜了，带着老婆孩子一起还是应该选择设备齐全空间大的酒店，今天改住丽苑去了，到时再根据具体情况评价。
