不知道是酒店搞错了，还是艺龙搞错了，我订的房间是含双早的，到就酒店前台，来了个小姐说我的房间不含早，不含就不含吧。办理房卡的时候工作人员因为疏忽给夹了一张早餐劵。然后，就跟噩梦似的，前台给我房间打电话，反复叮嘱早餐要我付钱，我明确表示不会用早餐，这才作罢。可是等我陪客户下楼准备外出用晚餐的时候，前台小姐追着我讨要早餐劵，还“哎，哎”的叫我，场面十分尴尬。
因为业务需要，国内外酒店住了很多，很少评论，但像这家酒店这样的服务，太令人失望了。
坦率地说，酒店的卫生还是不错的，硬件还可以。
另外，酒店介绍晚餐是下午5点半到晚上九点，可是我7点去用餐，就被告知没有了。看来这家酒店的管理问题太多了。
