该酒店占地面积很大，分为A、B、C三座，其中C座最新。该酒店交通较为方便，地铁15号线的顺义站就在酒店的东门口。酒店的卫生条件不错的。设施略显得老了些。酒店有晚餐，但品种不多，但好在周边很方便，除了餐饮店众多外，还有大型超市。

最近住在这家酒店，主要由于交通较为方便，出门就是地铁线，而且宾馆有早晚饭。马路对面就有大型超市，购物餐饮很方便。只是这里会议有时较多，院内会停许多车辆。酒店服务还可以，相对而言，设施谈不上很新，C座可能相对新一些。

虽然是国营企业，但员工服务都很热忱，环境也很乾净，就是价格贵了点，但在顺义地区也真的没什么更好的选择，下次来还是会住，离地铁站倒是很近，周围可吃饭的地方和购物的地方非常方便，还有最重要的一点是环境真的很安静哦
