我去之前给酒店前台打电话，我问他我从微信上定的酒店，发票可不可以退房的时候再开，前台告诉我说可以，结果第二天我退房换了个服务员，告诉我开不了，我说昨天我打电话问过的说让退房去前台开，这个服务员说，开不了，就算是真的这么说过，也不是她说的。我就想问问这么大个酒店就这点服务水平，你们搞错了还这么理直气壮？
