马屎皮面光的一家，就是占了地理位置好，一楼的房间墙面都有发潮水痕迹，墙纸脱落，墙脱灰。跟服务员提成换房不换，不留客户电话，说你在携程订的，我个去，不管我在哪里定的我住的都是你的店吧，首都的客服就这么高冷不讲人情吗？连开店的都是皇上，住店的都是臣民吗？连个充电器都没有借，客户体验超级不好！差评差评！

位置还行，离地铁近。离后海也近。但是设施实在太陈旧，太简陋，可能空调开得也不多，显得冷和冷清。

靠近地铁出行太方便了，房间不大，但卫生间超大。设施较陈旧，服务态度蛮好的，如初当天整个二楼只有我们2人好幽静呀！ 还会再去，早餐不错！

非常满意的地方。房间应该是地暖，所以屋里特别暖和。住在这个古老的院子里，追思历史，和住在现代的住宅里是不一样的感受。服务员态度很好，服务也很到位。地理位置很好，离地铁口非常近。唯一不太好的是北京水质太不好，烧水壶都有水垢，都不敢用。所以三天都上前台烧水喝。
