前台那个女的态度非常不好，我去办入住正好碰到一个团队，我排队等的时候她们一直在插队，等了将近一个小时，我跟前台说先给我办上，她说那个团队先登记的，也不管个先来后到，就一直让我在旁边等

酒店装修还是挺新的，环境不错，前台的小姐态度很不错，房间挺大，卫生间相对其它酒店大而舒服，比较干净整洁，设施比较齐全，也很安静，以后会推荐朋友过来入住！反正我很喜欢！位置也特别好！房间宽敞！好好！一直住！

住过多次了，是东高地附近最好的酒店了，卫生、服务、床品等都满意。如果在附近单位办事或南苑机场转机，还是个很不错的选择。但这个地段，378元的价格还不含早餐，有点小贵了。另外，房间能提供的免费品就是4包茶叶，连个免费瓶装水都没有，和酒店的星级有点不相称。
